Pick Up & Delivery Policy
Q: What are PARTOPIA's Delivery, Pickup and Setup charges based on?
Distance from our warehouse, delivery location access (e.g. is there a freight elevators vs. by hand up/down staircases), what is the size of the order that is being delivered - number of vehicles required, and possibly fuel charges for greater distances.When you place your order, please discussed all possible scenarios to our associates and we can give you a better picture of the costs involved.
Q: What are PARTOPIA's delivery hours?
A: Normal Delivery Hours are: Monday to Sunday between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Special situations are welcome for consideration on how best to serve your needs. Also, during busy seasons these standard hours may be extended. Delivery a day or more in advance of your event is our preference, to ease delivery flow on our end and to give room for additions or changes on your end. Obviously, some factors such as availability of the site for a delivery will affect delivery timing and scheduling. Tents are usually set up a day in advance, if there are adequate security. Same day delivery, set up and break down of tents generally incur additional cost
Q: When does PARTOPIA pick orders up?
A: Usual pick up is AM or early afternoon the next day, though special needs are given our best consideration. Same day pickup for spaces where nothing can be left overnight, or two days later for a situation where no access or custodian is available, as for example, on a Sunday where the event took place on the day before - Saturday.
