i rented tables, chairs and bar stools in june of 2010 for an in home club scene. The items were perfect and my party was super! I had an issue when returning the items because a male worker told us a stool that we got from them wasnt theirs, so I told him i wanted the female who was there when i picked up the items. mind you it was one day, i picked up one morning and returned the next morning! at any rate he contacted the female and everything was fine after that. we werent charged extra or anything. it is for that reason and the helpfulness and courteousness of the female worker i will use partopia in bx ny again.

I absolutely loveeee Partopia. They make life so easy when planning my events in the NY area. They have more than reasonable prices, but also expertise customer service. I am always planning parties and when doing so I tend to change my mind on a lot of things, but being so kind most companies would get upset, Partopia makes the changes without even arguing, which makes me like them even more. They are definitely recommended by me! I plan on using them again very soon!

I rented 20 chairs for one day in September of this year. I didn't have any problems with my order, everything went smoothly. The lady on the phone was very kind and patient. They helped me with the loading and unloading of the chairs. I would definitely recommend Partopia to anyone in need of a rental company.

I obtained a quote in Jan 2009 from Charmaine for chair covers and table linens for my July wedding. The quote seemed reasonable so I contacted her again in April to confirm and place the order. Charmaine said that the prices she quoted (which I had in writing) were wrong and "didn't even make sense". She gave me a new quote that was almost double the price. This should have been the signal that let me know to go somewhere else but unfortunately I made the mistake of okaying the new prices. I confirmed verbally and in writing the order that I had placed and when I called to make the payment two weeks before the wedding she let me know that she would not fulfill my order. After months of hassle and trying to pick a chair cover vendor I found it extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I was very distraught and was ready to have my wedding sans chair covers. Luckily my fiance now husband found another vendor (Partopia Rentals in the Bronx) and they were perfect. In the end the linens I received from Partopia were beautiful, but no bride should have to experience that stress on top of everything else that comes 2weeks before a wedding. Definitely save your $$$ and go elsewhere

For one first large scale event that we decided that we were going to put you to the test, required the setting up of two huge tents and hundreds of chairs and tables early in the morning.
